The Scottish Government have announced £60m of funding to help regenerate Scotland's Town Centres. They are looking for nominations at this site. Can you think of a town centre that needs regeneration? www.helpourhighstreets.com/

news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/south_of_scotland/7881594.stmlol I read that last week and about choked when Dunfermline was cited by the public for a revamp. Excuse me, have you seen what has been done there recently?!? I think the recent award for Glenrothes deserves our town centre to be up the top of this list.

I couldn't believe that either when I heard about Dunfermline. They've just had £Xmillion spent on the shopping centre and I'd say the place isn't too bad actually.
We need to get Glenrothes nominated, as far as I can see there are no suggestions yet! Even St Andrews is in there, like they need money and they've just had the main road through all redone with fancy paving and shiney new lampposts!
